Parous Energy, LLC announces the purchase of 2,862 net mineral acres of non-producing leased minerals in 7,750 gross acres of land in Musselshell County, Montana from Yard Bird Holdings Co., LLC. These minerals are in the Bull Mountain Basin of central Montana. The minerals are in proximity of the Willow Creek Anticline. According to George Dennis, CEO of Panacea Energy, LLC the minerals are Northwest along the Willow Creek Anticline from the prolific Wolf Springs Field which has produced over 17 million barrels of oil conventionally from the Amsden, Tyler and several other formations.

PAROUS ENERGY, LLC an independent energy company engaged in acquisition, exploration, development and production of onshore oil and natural gas in the United States announced today that it has closed on the purchase of non-operated working interest from Peak Powder River Resources in 25 oil and gas wells in Wyoming. These wells are operated by BP America Production Company, Helis Oil & Gas Company, LLC, Linn Operating, Inc., POC-LLC, Samson Resources Company and Vaquero Energy, Inc. The wells are located in Carbon, Converse, Crook and Sweetwater Counties, Wyoming. Interest in these wells range from 2 to 12 percent.
